So…. here we are with the extended Lockdown…. Even though we were prepared for it, still we are not that ready to accept it.
During the initial days of Lockdown, we all were excited for everyone will be home, we will give more time to home, lets make our husbands work, trying something new, playing new games online etc.

Now the saturation point is reaching for more workload, no objective to the day or feeling that Life is Aimless.

We all are also worried about the economical future due to this Corona Pandemic as there is no such solution or prediction when all this is gonna end. And this all the things are adding more depression to us, nothing else.

But let us understand one thing – being depressed is not going to help us anymore.
In today’s article let us know how we can keep our day engaged in a structured way to keep us on the track of positivity.

  • Let’s start from your sleeping time.

Meditation before Bed will play a magic –
Sit in silence
Close your eyes & Watch your thoughts. Don’t be judgmental. Put on some light music. Slowly be calm. & come out of meditation & then go to bed.

1. Train your subconscious mind –
Find out what is that one thing you wanted to change in yourself.
It can be anything from leaving a habit of tea, getting stressed, being disorganized etc.
Note that only one thing – yes only one thing. Not all. Whichever comes to your mind.

Do not make a list of 100 things.
And plan how to achieve it. Be committed…. Don’t quit
This will be built up your confidence that you can achieve what you think.

2. Wake up 1 hour early –
Nowadays, as we don’t have any schools, college, office or deadlines, everything is haywire.
Waking up 1 hour early will give you time for ME TIME.
This is your only time. start working on enhancing on your skills which will help you to grow.
Note it down & start working on one thing at a time.
But utilize this time fully for your own growth.

3. Exercise every single day –

you need some exhausting exercise to do every day. This will keep you fresh & energetic throughout.
Doing household work or walking for 10 min is not at all considered as workout or exercise.

TAKE AWAY –

Doing all these things everyday will help you to enhance you as a personality & add on to your knowledge.
Think this has been a golden opportunity to give that PAUSE to your hectic lifestyle and help you to look into yourself.
Rather than self-criticizing, introspection will help you to train your mind & help you improve n every aspect of life.
