Dr. Rashmi will EXCLUSIVELY work directly with you during the plan. She will design a RIGHT nutrition and exercise plan for your needs. All of your interactions will be with her till the end of your plan.
You can choose any Plan type (which can be done from any corner of the world) as per your preference. All the consultations, follow-ups and review sessions will be in-person/over the phone/skype/email/facetime depending on the client preference. The In-Person sessions like consultations, follow-ups and review sessions will be in person in our office.
NO DIFFERENCE apart from the fact that you will interact with her over phone/ skype/ facetime and email instead of meeting Dr. Rashmi personally. In fact, even many of our Pune based clients also opt for phone sessions for their appointments to save traffic related issues and hence commuting time.

We incorporate any form of exercise that challenges you and is an enjoyable experience. It could be strength training, jogging, running or Yoga and also recreational exercise like dancing, swimming, cycling, etc. You will also be educated on the basics of exercise physiology and bio-mechanics so that you have good fundamentals and can make intelligent choices in the future also.
During the personalized plan, you will learn the basic pattern of eating as per your lifestyle and your body’s needs. You will also be actively involved in planning your diets/workouts, so that will give you an understanding of your nutrient needs, how to tweak your diet (depending on your lifestyle) and fitness needs. During your plan, your diets and workouts will be changed gradually roughly every 2 weeks so that your body gets exposed to the maximum nutrients possible and incremental fitness. By the end of your plan, you will be in a position to plan your diets/workouts by yourself & carry on with a healthy eating pattern as a way of life. In addition, we provide you with a very important MAINTENANCE document which is a guideline to plan your meals in various situations.
