How to make Sattu Drink –

  • How to make Sattu aata – You will get roasted Chana (Futana) preferably black in the market. You can either remove the skin or use as it is. Grind ½ cup of chana in the mixer till its fine powder. This is your sattu.
  • In a glass add 1-2 tblsp of sattu in a glass. Add some water & stir well so that there are no lumps. Fill the remaining glass with water (cold or warm)
  • Now add black salt, little bit of white salt (optional) 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 pinch of black pepper powder. Stir well.
  • Now add 2-3 tulsi & pudina leaves. (just tear them & add) Add 1tsp grated ginger & some green chilli pieces (optional) Drizzle some lemon juices.
  • Give it a good stir. Keep it covered for 10 min. Drink after that. For most of the times our body suffers from a disease due to improper immune system. In fact, Sattu boosts number of immune cells in our body and resists it against microbial diseases.
