Wedding season is in full swing.
Hectic schedules & erratic eating is part of it. Especially for closed family members & bride & groom.
Lack of sleep, poor eating, less hydration makes you look Puffy & swollen.
Dress fitting well earlier are now tight, & you are in tears.
How much ever make up you wear, your face looks like a fried Poori.
All this spoil your whole look & disappoints you as well.

So, lets see how we can look best in our dream events & dream attire with these simple tips.

  • Cut out salt after 5pm from 3 days prior to the event. Why – Salt means sodium has a property to hold on the water. So when you eat all the high sodium food esp made by event caterers it gives all the Puffy & bloated body. Because of which you are not fitting in your own recent cloths.
  • Cut out salt for 24hours prior to the event. This will give you even more lean look.
  • When you are cutting out sodium then you need to balance the potassium & magnesium.

Here is the list –

  • Dried apricots and other dried fruit
  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Beets
  • Cantaloupe
  • Coconut water
  • Leafy green vegetables
  • Legumes
  • Oranges and orange juice
  • Potatoes and sweet potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Yogurt
  • And the most important – Include at least 1 serving of coconut water in a day as it’s the best anti-oxidant rich in Vit C, B complex, magnesium & potassium along with zinc. This will give you that flawless skin along with lots of energy.

Foods to avoid – Chips, wafers, chat, salted nuts, fried & desserts.
