Without giving a second thought I joined Dr. Rashmi's 21 day PCOS THYROID challenge programme.
I was having thyroid for last 5 yrs and since 5 yrs I was on medication.
Due to THYROID I GAINED WEIGHT and my CHOLESTEROL LEVELS also increased and many health issues came in my way.
Last BLOOD TEST to check THYROID and CHOLESTEROL, I did it in February 2017 during this time my thyroid and cholesterol was on border line.
With proper guidance, EXERCISE, YUMMY HEALTHY RECEIPESs, and timely updates from Dr. Rashmi I could LOOSE 3.4 kg. and 3 inches.
After the 21 day programme, I again did blood test. I couldn't believe myself what a transformation I can see in myself.
My CHOLESTEROL has become NORMAL and THYROID is in CONTROL. I was also part of Dr. Rashmi's "I AM AWESOME" Fitness Challenge.
My weight was 75 kg before the "I AM AWESOME" program and now after the 21 day PCOS THYROID CHALLENGE my weight is 66 kg.
Dr. Rashmi has came as a angel in my life at the right time she is a rockstar.
I would like to tell ladies out there that it is POSSIBLE to LOOSE WEIGHT and be FIT with THYROID and PCOS.

At the end of the program I was 3.7 kgs. LIGHTER and 3.5 inches SLIMMER.
After the program, I continued with the same lifestyle and lost 2.3 more kgs. and 11 more inches. So, total of 6Kgs. and 14.5 inches.

I got in touch with Dr. Rashmi to lose weight. I had PCOS and this made things even worse.
Dr. Rashmi was about to start a 21 day programme specially for women with PCOS or having THYROID issues.
In the 21 day programme she sent us recipes, diet plans and exercise videos which I followed and ended up 6 kgs. LIGHTER and 13-14 inches SLIMMER.
