I heard about Dr. Rashmi and read many reviews. I was curious to know the process of her programme that people literally thank her and bless for the transformation in their life. Love you doctor for all the things you taught us. I can tell you that she believes in (eat more and loose more) and that's really true. I still can't believe I have left eating junk food and started choosing only healthy food for healthier life. Only because of Dr. Rashmi my family also started eating healthy food. She motivates and never gives a chance for us to even think about giving up. Really it's a lifestyle change and I reduced approx 2kgs in 20 days.

During the program I never felt like starving..….I just followed Dr Rashmi's instructions as it is. I kept updating each and every meal and workout sessions. Being Active in group kept me motivated throughout the program. The 7 days preparation period before the challenge is equally important which u will realize later. I loose almost 5 kg and 7.5 inches in most easy way..

I am Dr Deepali Ambike here , a child specialist and a medical college teacher . I was a part of I AM Awesome 3 Challenge by Dr Rashmi shah.. This october as I was dying to loose inches and some weight from 1 year and had achieved a plateau....stubborn weight like me!☺ But Rashmi gave me a push !! And I did it! Her challenge was amazing just like her...
She gives a lot of preparation time and tasks which are really very very helpful in the programme to run smoothly.. and believe me it helped a lot in the plan during the whole programm, it keeps u going and motivated!👍
Yess there r many hurdles inbetween, u dont feel like eating same food but believe me she changes the diet weekly with so much varieties and yummilicious recipies that u really look forward to it everyday plus we shared so many new recipes in the group..especially soups salads that I still have not tried a few...Exercise was moderate in her plan...And after 21 days..whoa!!! I lost 8 inches n 1.5 kgs, became more active and skin started glowing!! And Today again I have lost 1 more kg and 10 inches overall which I did on my own following her Nutrition plan... Do not stop when you tired, but stop only when u r really done!
